About Ritter Pen
Ritter-Pen stands for high-quality writing instruments “Made in Germany” – especially for ballpoint pens with an unmistakable design. The development and design of our products take place both internally and in collaboration with external designers. State-of-the-art machinery, our own CAD department, and an in-house toolmaking shop ensure maximum precision and flexibility.
Around 40 modern automatic machines operate in our injection molding area. The assembly and finishing of our products also take place directly on-site. This includes, among other things, pad and screen printing as well as the use of modern printing presses.
Flexibility, service orientation, creativity, and originality define our company. With over 100 employees, we are one of the region’s largest employers.
Your tasks
- Maintaining and developing international customer relationships in the export area
- Ensuring smooth order processing
- Written and verbal communication with our international customers in English
- Occasional participation in trade fairs to present our products
- On-site customer support and trade fair assignments as needed
- Working with our ERP system
Your profile
- Experience in sales, ideally in an international environment
- Proficient written and verbal English skills
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
- Reliability and strong interpersonal skills
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business
- Experience in using an ERP system is desirable
