PCR stands for “post-consumer recycled”. This refers to plastics that have already been used by consumers, collected, and then processed for reuse. For the Crest Recycled, PCR recycled material is used to manufacture the ballpoint pen. This means existing plastic material is used as a raw material for a new product. Additional plastic bags are also avoided for delivery: the Crest Recycled is supplied loose in units of 500 pieces each. This way, the Crest Recycled combines the use of PCR recycled material with delivery without additional plastic bags.
